By the way, Harper is a complete moron for opening his mouth with the way things shook out for him specifically. Can you say any chance of a decent round NFL pick just went in the can? I understand that the media seems to be twisting the words around in a Dan Rather fashion as Lawtonfunk pointed out. However, Cullen’s comments, combined with his fathers (why do those even matter, regardless of his past college experience) coming off getting benched is just not smart. Pro coaching staffs will not tolerate that kind of mouth unless you have a Manning or Brady type resume at the next level.
Obviously his quick praise of Dabo isn’t getting him right back in the starting role. He just looks like a spoiled brat at this point. Cullen, take the high road. Say nothing or at least thank Bowden for his service to this point. Don’t tarnish yourself going forward by speaking on emotion.

According to wholehogsports.com, Tommy Bowden has been one of three coaches to interview for the Arkansas coaching vacancy. The vacant position is currently trying to be filled by the new Hog AD Jeff Long. There are no additional details as of yet. Tommy did quote during a phone conference on Monday that he would stay at Clemson for “as long as they’ll have me.” Last week Tommy was reportedly offered a contract extension. The extension has not been made public, but it is a possible two-year extension worth $1.6 really large per year with a buyout between $100- $500 large. There will be more to follow, if there is really anything of substance to post. My guess, is this will just go away and no one really cares.
