Clemson: Making the Yellowhammer state look good for 2 years
Auburn….check
Alabama…..check
I would like to thank CJ Spiller for at least doing something. And Brandon Maye for giving it his best, I saw #20 all over the place last night.
As for the “veteran” secondary…..you don’t get to use that anymore. You looked freakin clueless all night as JPW dismantled you. Oh yeah, and the Tight End is an eligible receiver.
And the question marks at the beginning of the season, well they are now blatantly obvious Hello McFly type of realities. Clemson’s O line had no chance against the surge that Bama continued to bring. Their only hope was when they spread the D in the 5 wide formation and even then had to dink and dunk. The linebackers didn’t have much of a chance either as Bama’s O-Line went through our D line every play and left the soft underbelly that is the LB’s open to spinning their heads in wonder. DaQuan…..Ricky….what happened.
I feel like Ewan McGregor in trainspotting when he went into withdrawal and saw dead babies on the ceiling.
And ESPN-U has officially declared Clemson to be pretenders. Awesome, national media bashing after game 1.

If the team were an army, they’d be all weapons and no troops.
This situation is shameful. We have the fans, the money, and the facilities to be champions year in and year out, but our leadership block the way. Regardless of what they say about supporting the program and their desire to win a championship, the truth is their focus is solely on breaking into the “Top 20 Public Schools” in the nation. Having the great facilities, popping in and out of the top 25, and having a clean-cut, likable coach are all that’s needed to help Clemson reach that “Top 20 Publics” goal, having a championship caliber team would be great, but not necessary. So, our leadership is content to allow us to suffer through years of embarrassment and ridicule, and they’ll continue to do so until they feel our pain. The only way to motivate our selfish, shit-for-brains leadership is to either do something to embarrass them or hurt their pocketbooks so much that they are forced to make the damn changes that obviously should have been made years ago. If we have to suffer through a couple of rough seasons to break in a new coaching staff and to get some “Danny Ford” era, stomp your ass players, then so be it. We’re suffering anyway and this torture has got to stop. I know that we will still attend games, we’re true fans and we’re going to attend and watch our Tigers, but I recommend that all Tigers stop buying anything Clemson, cut or reduce IPTAY money and any other scholarships that may be supported, overwhelm our leadership with mail letting them know our true feelings, and wear black to the games instead of orange. Let’s cut the damn money supply and black out Death Valley to show that we’re fed up with this shit. We’ll continue to be a bad joke until we force a change.
Ya know what…..screw it. I hope that this loss burns like ghonnorhea on cyphalis with razorblades while swimming in the ocean after a fresh shave. You want pain, that was it boys, you just got embarrassed on national TV in the most anticipated opening game in the nation. Now remember that as you play the rest of the season. It wasn’t an ACC game and we saw how well the rest of the conference played. You may not have national respect but you can still gain the ACC title, everything is in front of you. Take this pain and use it to build back. You have (possibly) 4 games to get th shit together and thn it’s the big boys again. SO GET IT TOGETHER DAMNIT!!!
I think Tommy Bowden owes everyone associated with the University an unqualified apology. He keeps accepting responsibility for the team’s crap performances, but leaves it at that or says the fans deserve better. I think the team deserves better too.
I think this team should not be allowed to wear orange till the time they’ve earned it. I think we should refuse to wear orange in Death Valley till the time the team has shown they deserve to have our support.
