Clemson-South Carolina Point Spread

The powers that be in Vegas have made Clemson the favorite by 2.5 to 3 points.

I’m surprised that we’re favored all. So therefore I must conclude that their is either: A) a lot of easy money to be made, or B) USCe is really, truly, horrifically awful.

They’re not awful. I think they are injured though, and we are better than them. I’d give us 10 easy.

Clemson could run all day on the chicken’s defense. Let CJ and Davis carry the ball 60 times each.
Clemson would roll 100-0
Rest Harper’s arm for the Gator Bowl

Come out guns blazing with the ball down the field. Once the LB’s and safety’s are frozen from a few deep balls, and couple slants, the run lanes will be wide open and available for clock chewing. If we do this, expect to see USC’s officiall stadium colors, Aluminum and Black.

I think I heard this all before. Oh, yeah, it was right before last year’s game. Just keep in mind that this is as good as Clemson will ever be. USC is still growing.

hmm Spurrier’s “success” does not reflect the common definition of “growing” Eddie.

7-5, 8-5, 6-5 (so far). Looks similar to tommy’s record of consistent 7 and 8 win seasons.

Tommy has been there how long, Clem? How many times have they gone into the season with him being on the hot seat? Beating FSU isn’t as impressive as it used to be. Just remember that for the first two years, Spurrier was playing with Holtz’s recruits, not his. Last year’s recruiting class was a solid #4 in the country. Give it a year or two. Also, our record is against SEC talent, not the “mighty” ACC.

Who said beating FSU is impressive? It’s about as impressive as beating USC.
How many UCS players end up in jail at some point in the season and how many of them actually graduate??? I hope that Spurrier continues on it’s current track of success maybe they will end up ranked at the end of a season every now and then and not make football from South Carolina look so bad to the rest of the country. Spurrier himself said HIS football players attitude “stinks”. Sounds like a REAL coaching problem to me. Face it eddie, most if not all of the Clemson people I know don’t even take this rivalry seriously. How can you, when your opponent sucks so bad. Oh, by the way, you talk real big about winning the game last year when might I remind you, we won the last four meetings prior. One more thing, I would be sweating if I were you…LSU is going to need a coach real soon…huh, Tommy will still be here and USuCk will be on their third coach. Then again ,LSU probably won’t even want the guy, what am I saying. So keep talking big down there in the sweaty beer belly of South Carolina, this program which is “growing” still looks like an upside down cockroach, your players bail themselves out of jail on a regular basis, and yet again your fighting to even go to a bowl game. Like you said…we’ve heard this all before.

Eddie, the ACC vs SEC argument is as tired as you are. We play in the conference we play in and we play who is on our schedule. Period. Your school is the one that wanted to play in the SEC, tough shit. All this “Carolina would go 11-1 in the ACC) stuff is just sour grapes.

You keep telling yourself Spurrier will win in a few more years, it’s always next year with you guys. No one will ever win at Carolina, not now not ever. You can dig up Bear Bryant and you’ll still blow.
