I for one am upset he is no longer showing Clemson videos. Thats right, no more shoeless films online…sucks. I looked forward to watching those every Monday while at work after the Saturday game.

The loss of shoeless is just another attack by our school, the one we pay for, the one we built, and the one we still hold on high against us, the students and alumni. More than likely, this is where some kids tuition money was used, to stop a fans personal Clemson supporting website, than to bring in competent teachers, upgrade school facilities, and scholarship funds. I can’t wait for the day that I get to turn down a dono fund to a school that attacks its fans and not its critics.

I read Shoeless’s comments… they don’t seem to match the hysterical tone of CUStudent.

What am I missing?

Not certain, but I *think* CUStudent is alluding to the university coming down on Shoeless Joe’s freelance work due to copyright infringement. I may be wrong about that.

They also may simply have sent a letter to him and he made the decision on his own. At the same time, not just everyone gets the sideline passes and access Shoeless had so I find it hard to believe they just randomly cracked down on him though I do think there was some Athletic Department insider involved and reminded him of the possible affects of his site.

It certainly seems that if the department really cracked down, they wouldn’t let him keep posted any copyrighted material.

At the same time, I can’t feel too bad for him. He parlayed the opportunity at least into sideline passes and maybe something more.
