It all comes down to this…..

Well well well how the times have changed. Not a month ago the wheels were falling off the wagon but much like any other Tommy Bowden team with their back to the wall, the Tigers roared back and positioned themselves as the decider in the Atlantic Divisional Championship this weekend. Pretty cool how that worked out too. Congrats to the Terps for getting their game back together and defeating the Eagles this past weekend. On the other side of the conference, Virginia continues to punish teams in what was to be Al Groh’s last season. Now, not so much. With a Woody Dantzler-esque QB, the Hoos are tearing up defenses and Chris Long is keeping opponent QBs up at night. In the end, both division championships will be played in the final two weeks. Very exciting time for the division indeed.

Oh yeah and good luck to DUKE this coming weekend. Take down those Irish to a level that they have never experienced!

I’m absolutely hoping that Duke destroys the Irish.

And as much as I’d like to see Charlie Weis get unceremoniously canned, I’d rather seem his stay and suffer through an even worse season next year.

[I'm kind of an asshole.]

I wouldn’t say that UVA has been punishing teams or tearing up defenses (Miami being the obvious exception). They, like Wake Forest last year, have been winning and doing little else.

All for Duke man! Someone needs to send Charlie Weis an invitation to feature on “The Biggest Loser”, for more reasons than one. Oh, I’m so funny.
