Seems like the veteran LB’s and their supporting cast are chomping at the bit and literally calling out the ACC offenses in this article. From what I can tell, if the LB corps stays healthy, they will be the deepest crew on the team with all the #2’s getting multiple games in the previous year. And with the front line of Merling who will probably make all ACC, Jackson, who the coaches could not believe his improvements, Sapp, Gaines’ able replacement and Scott, the ACC QB’s have the right to be afraid. Defense looks solid and they win games, but the offense has to put the points on the board so hopefully that question mark will be answered sooner than later.
