Thank you FSU

The ‘Noles give it to BC and take em down a notch in a nail biter on Saturday night. I hope that the Tigers use that as motivation and their homework tapes for the last ACC game of the season. But don’t forget the proverbial “thorn in the side” Wake Forest Demon Deacons coming into The Valley next week. They come off a painful loss to the potential Coastal Division champs, Virginia. So the Clemson Tigers have two bitter teams to play to end the ACC run and each of them are in Death Valley. Let’s hope that Tommy can get the Tigers up to it and the crowd will not disappoint. Of course, night games would be key here but you can pretty much guarantee that there will be a nooner in there somewhere. Luckily, the weather should be cooling off, but I will leave that to Bowman’s predictions.

Wake game already announced as a Noon kick-off. Wake looms large - need Absolute Vodka as a corporate sponsor for the pre-game warm-up.

How does that old cheer go? A-C-C, A-C-C, A-C-C. Ken Hatfield would be proud.

Hopefully there is no need for nitrates as has been the case in our recent games against the Deacs.

How great is it for the tigers that two teams showed them what it takes to win their next two games! Clemson owns their own fate now … win the next two games and they get to play in the ACC Champ game … against VT maybe?

When was the last time that Clemson was in control of their fate at the end of the season? The last few years I know we’ve been praying for other teams to lose. Finally, this year it all rests on the teams sholders. No excuses…let’s see how this all plays out shall we. Go Tigers.

This will test my theory that Clemson is a different team than years past. If they man up and win the next two, then they are properly motivated, but if they are the same old Clemson, they’ll look past Wake and get upset in the Valley.
