Even Plyler’s jumped by Bowden bandwagon…

What the hell did I write? I meant “Even Plyler’s jumped off the Bowden bandwagon”.

Either way, here’s my wishlist:
Even though Vic Koenning’s generally not done a bad job, we need a DC who doesn’t play as soft on 3rd downs among other things. How about someone like Jon Tenuta or Jimmy Johnson from Philly? Don’t necessarily mean those two, but people sharing the same defensive philosophy. Of course we need the personnel to blitz the living daylights out of someone, but we’re not lacking in that department, right?

OC should be someone who is creative, not a dink and dunk dumbass who can only conjure up one downfield throw in garbage time in the first half (I also think Harper’s shoulder is hurt though, but no one’s man enough to admit it). I really don’t know who, but Dabo sounds like a fresh idea. How about the App State guy, the Mizzou OC (lateral move, prolly not likely).

HC – Mike Leach, Bobby Johnson?

Of course I only know of the more prominent names, but I think if Bowden is getting paid all that for such a pathetic performance, surely we could land someone better.

I taped Tommy Bowden’s conversation with Ralph Friedgen just after the game. Here is what they said:

Fidge: What are you smiling about?
