Thanks for giving the Paladins some respect… We still have to earn it. Furman's defense line has changed from big immobile players to smaller, quicker, more athletic players. This will help against FCS schools against a big FBS school…?

Good luck to the Tigers this season.

You're both right, not the suicide letter, I'm doing great! As I was typing it became aparent to me that the fog of the second half of the season would not become clear until after the NC State game. The Central Michigan game shocked myself, BC I stand by, I just have always felt them to be over rated. Now who is BC without O'Brien, I guess we'll find out. How much differnet is the Tech D from the Defense which rolled over last season for us? I remember Spiller dancing past both of those Tech defensive vets. The ACC is down, it's just a fact. Compaired to the SEC the quality of play is just different. USC will be well prepared for even a great Clemson team this year. We did loose to them in our own house last year, we were all there. I want this to be a 10-2 season so bad I can taste it! We're a young team, the QB situation is the biggest question mark this coach has ever faced, top 40 opponents know if they stack the box then they can stop the run game, what I see now is our only reliable attack. Everything will get worked out in six days. If I see something different , which we all will, I will type up and addendum to this forecast. Until then, based off my thoughts right now, I'll stick with this. I'd like to hear more thoughts...

Wow that was like reading a suicide note....Depressing. I don't have a 12-0 season in mind but man, you picked some wild ride wins and losses. I want to see those picks on the pickem leagues! In all reality I don't even feel comfortable making this seasons picks with all the mixups in the league and the hidden potential that has been brought to the table. I do feel however that everything will be plain as day after game 1 and then everyone will have their predictions set in stone.

Such a strange schedule...you have us losing to maryland and central michigan, but beating BC...BC has what should be the best qb situation in the acc and georgia tech should be looking for blood at their house with a tenacious d. And losing to USuC???? Really?? Really?? Just cuz spurrier says they're a contender doesn't make it true, after retaining the same record in conference, if not worse. They could easily lose to Kentucky this year. Once they get to us their dreams will be shot and the visor will be hanging in shame, we'll be the final wave of orange to crash through columbia without stopping, on our way to a bowl game.
