TIGER BOWL 2K8!!!

Clemson makes it’s voice heard and jumps BC to take the #2 ACC Bowl game. Thanks TigerNation, it’s because of our travelling brood that the bowls always have a second guess on their minds when Clemson is an option.

We’ve got tickets already! Lower deck, 10 yardline, row 20, I can’t wait!! Win or lose this will be a GREAT game. I’m really looking forward to playing a fantastic team like Auburn.

I think we also need to thank BC’s silence.

Yeah, the ACC CG was a joke. There were more people at the Clemson/Duke game.

What are the chances BC might skip to another conference a few years down? Geographically it really isn’t the best fit for the ACC and them for that matter. I think they’d be better off in the Big Ten or Big East with the ACC having Louisville or WVU to replace the Eagles.

I wanted WVU instead of BC from the start!!!

What is really hurting them I think is proximity to ACC slated bowl games and geographic location to the ACC CG. Lawtonfunk is right, lack of seat filled at the game was a sad joke. I might be biased, but the ACC CG in Charlotte, in my opion, would be PERFECT!! It’s smack in the middle of the ACC’s grographic region, why no sees this I don’t know! It may also make teams like BC feel a bit more included.

The contract to have the championship in Florida just ended. Talks are apparently taking place to have it move around or move somewhere more cenral to the conference. At least, that’s what I heard on TV.
